Personalisation terms and conditions.
All personalised ribbons and personalised tags are subject to a minimum order of 1m of the same colour ribbon and print. Details of what you require on your ribbon need to be given at the time of ordering, If no specification is given on font preference we will select a font suitable to the ribbon width. If you require a proof before printing please let us know at the time of ordering. No refunds can be issued on personalised printing including tags, it is the customers responsibility to make sure all spelling and details are correct on the proof. We reserve the right to use all images of personalised ribbons for your advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not wish images of your order to be used please let us know and this can be arranged.
Stickers are printed per page and are printed as closely as possible to the centre of the sticker but due to computer / printer compatibility some discrepancies may occur, but will will endeavour to make this as minor as possible. Again no refunds can be given on personalised items.
No refunds can be given if the address on the order is incorrect.
